For your feather/down pillows, we have a specialized cleaning process that uses ultraviolet rays to sanitize the feathers while eliminating unwanted particles such as dust mites, dirt and many other undesirables. The freshly cleaned feathers are then inserted into a brand new ticking (pillow cover). Last minute panic? It's the unexpected or maybe just an oops, but we all run into last minute situations. To help you out, we provide same day service. If your order is into either our Spring Lake or Grand Haven stores by 9:00 a.m., we will have it available for pick-up by 5:00 p.m. that same day (Monday - Friday only).
